Java Chat Issues
Solution
You need to make sure that Java is installed, enabled, and that your anti virus program is not blocking your use of Java. In Firefox, go to tools / options / content and make sure Java is enabled. In IE7 please go to - Go to tools->internet options->programs->manage add-ons. - in the "show" dropdown box make sure you select "All add-ons"
The first line of defense is to try a different browser. If you are using IE8 - please install FireFox - but do NOT import the IE8 settings!
