Videos Stalling
Solution
Some customers have complained of videos stalling about half way through in WMP.
The reason for this may be that we have recently converted to Hi-Def. The large WMV movies are all encoded in high definition, and you
may not have the proper codec to enjoy this format.
To troubleshoot this, make sure you have the most recent version of Windows Media Player. Additionally, please 'google' codecs or HD codecs, and try refreshing a
new codec pack. A good place to start is here:

These videos are VERY large. You may choose to save them to your hard drive for later viewing.
To save the videos to your hard drive: The area where you can "save file" in WMP may be grayed out. Simply right click on the link of the video clip in order to save; don't try to save from your player.
If you find a video really is broken - please DO write to us; but please include the url of the video clip.
